Kindly note:

After submission online form, you are requested to write tracking number and date on your application & submit hard copy along with all enclosures in original at window 7 of Examination Branch, University of Delhi North Campus(Timings: 10:00 AM to 03:00 PM) within a week's time from the date of submission of this application.
Submit request only for UG students (enrolled in regular programmes of North Campus Colleges), UG students (enrolled in NCWEB, Computer Science, Geology , Environmental studies & Hindi Patrakarita programmes of all colleges), PG students (enrolled in Regular/NCWEB/SOL) & Certificate/Diploma programmes.
A tracking number, generated upon submission of online form, need to be written on hardcopy of application before submission at Window 7.
Your handwritten application must be forwarded by your College/Department/Institute.
Further, All the enclosures must be self-attested by the student.
Absentees records must be authenticated by the Examination Centre, if required.
Application should be submitted within one month from the date of declaration of result.
